The licensed broker of this firm will employ licensed Real Estate agents (Independent Contractors) in the state of California. This Corporation will formalize the real estate services offered.
NexGen Real Estate, Inc., opened its doors for operation on January 1st, 2022. The Corporate headquarters is located in Sacramento, California. Credibility and reputation excel with the Broker of this firm. Our Broker has no disciplinary actions or negative public complaints filed with the Department of Real Estate and is in good standing with Northern Solano County and Orange County associations of Realtors.

I’m Sam Mickens, Real Estate Owner + Broker for NexGen Real Estate. I began my career as a Real Estate Agent in 2015 and became a Broker in 2022. I am excited about launching a Real Estate company that is focused on White Glove Customer Service in addition to Homeowner Education. I’ve spent most of my adult life as a Real Estate Investor.
I understand first hand the vital details involved in Homeownership and how important it is to truly understand the process. I also understand the rewards. My Team and I are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of Customer Service. Whether we are helping you become a First-Time Homeowner or assisting you in Listing your current home and upgrading to your Dream Home. We have the experience and knowledge to provide you a Premier home buying experience. Our main purpose is to educate and help establish the Next Generation of Real Estate owners.
